Long term rental homes:
These houses are available for a special rental rate that applies ONLY for periods of three months or longer. The rental is to be paid monthly in advance. The tenant will be responsible to pay the utility expenses eg power, water, phone & gas, in addition to the rental. To secure the house, a bond is required , plus at least one month’s rental in advance. If the tenant should leave before the stated period, the bond is forfeited. Some of the houses are fully furnished to a high standard, others have only a few household items and are suited to tenants who plan to bring their own furniture etc to Vava’u. In most cases, the grounds maintenance will be done by the landlord.
